WearWorx (PTY) Ltd accepts returns on unbranded stock within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
Return delivery is at your own cost.
Branded and decorated goods
Goods that have been branded, printed or embroidered to your artwork are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they cannot be resold. If decorated goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as approved on your artwork proof, we will replace or refund them in full.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days of the goods reaching us.
