WearWorx is a South African online retailer supplying branded and unbranded corporate apparel, workwear, headwear, bags and promotional gifts nationwide. We sell apparel, corporate apparel, workwear, headwear, bags and gifting, and we decorate it — embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, transfers and sublimation — so that what arrives is finished and ready to hand out.
Most of what makes this frustrating has nothing to do with the garment. It is being quoted for stock that turned out not to exist, finding out the branding cost after you have committed to the order, and chasing three separate people for one delivery. This shop is built to remove all three.
What we actually do differently
The quantities are real
Stock figures on this site come from the warehouse, not from a catalogue printed in January. If a colour is down to eleven units in Large, the page says eleven. Nothing is oversold on the promise that more is coming.
Branding is priced before you commit
Choose a decoration method and a position on the product page and the cost appears in the total, at your quantity. Decoration is banded — the rate per unit falls as the order grows — so the page re-quotes every line when you change the quantity rather than showing a price from a different band.
One order, one invoice
A jacket, a cap and a set of notebooks are three different production runs behind the scenes. You place one order, approve one artwork proof per decoration, and get one delivery and one invoice.
How an order runs
- Pick the product, colour and sizes. The size breakdown is per colour, because that is how the stock is held.
- Add your branding. Choose a method and position, upload your artwork, and the cost lands in the total.
- We check the artwork. Free, on every branded order, before anything is charged for. If the file will not embroider cleanly at the size you have asked for, we say so and tell you what would work.
- You approve a proof. One per decoration, showing placement and size on the actual garment colour.
- Production, then delivery. Decoration takes five to ten working days depending on the method and quantity, and the courier one to three after that. Both are quoted separately at checkout so the wait is not understated.
Who we work with
Mostly companies ordering for their own people: site teams who need conforming workwear that survives a wash cycle, offices kitting out a new intake, and marketing departments with an event and a deadline. Order sizes run from a dozen shirts to a few thousand, and the process is the same either way.
